Did you know that our amazing Merrylands Soccer Football Club Under 9’s team won last year’s Kanga Cup?!
The Kanga Cup is a globally recognised youth soccer tournament, that brings together teams from across the state to compete in a knockout style competition in Canberra, ACT.
In 2022, the Under 9’s showed incredible teamwork and skill and every player gave their absolute all on the field.
The months of hard work and dedication from the team paid off though, as they took home the trophy for their division!
The same team, now a year older and stronger, will be representing Merrylands Soccer Football Club yet again in the upcoming 2023 Kanga Cup, this year in the under 10’s division.
